It all started with red wine and cheese. One evening, while Bill was running food at an Italian restaurant, his manager opened a Brunello. Bill disdained Biondi Santi until his manager said, “Now try a bite of Parmesan-Reggiano and then taste the wine.” Cue the choir of angels…Bill learned that the whole can be infinitely better than the sum of the parts. His beverage industry journey continued at the iconic Georges at The Cove in La Jolla, to Barcelona, Spain for 18 months, and then back to California where he sold to both on- and off-premise accounts. A veteran of the industry and our team, Bill understands wine is to be shared and enjoyed rather than coveted. He lives in Highlands Ranch, works the south metro area, and when not selling wine and spirits, enjoys skiing, cycling, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his wife, two boys and two dogs.
